DESIGN STRATEGIES
Our proposal develops the two pavillions located at the heart of the Metropolitan Park of the Hellinikon as two “wings” which embrace the centrally located Olympic Square. The two buildings host various f&b tenants, as well as a business center.
We propose two solid wood structures of 2 floors + accessible rooftops, each with visible wooden battens. By their repetitive and gently curvilinear arrangement, we achieve a space with rhythm and natural feel to it.
