DESIGN STRATEGIES
We are developing a 4 phase project under the brand “Alexandrou Chora” ( “Land of Alexander the Great”) , a 50 mil. euro investment comprising a family resort hotel at phases I and II, a real estate development community, the Village (phase III), and a thematic park (phase IV) narrating the adventures of Alexander the Great.
The location of Ofrynio. a multiple-kilometer sandy beach between the international airports of Thessaloniki and Kavala, is an area combining beautiful nature, excellent culinary and wine culture and deep evidence-based history ( the lion of Amfipolis, the alleged tomb of Alexander the Great, etc. )
The first phase of the resort - a 4,000 m2 development- is at permit issuance stage and construction start is expected at 2022.
In this particular location, we believe that architecture must accept a supporting role and let nature be the protagonist. Our design revolves around low volumes, maximized ocean views , lush greenery and seeks to provide a calm and safe atmosphere for families to enjoy the generous Mediterranean summer.
