Adapt ! Transform ! Reuse!
Following our successful transformation of the Dolphin Residences, we now transforming another existing industrial building into residences, once again with Kourtidis Group in Kavala GR.
At the Dolphin 2.0 project, we create 33 apartments of high aesthetics and commercial value in 3 floors. The apartments occupy the perimeter of the building , while at its center we create a curvilinear common atrium by carving out concrete slabs without hurting the concrete skeleton. The atrium leads to a large roof garden common to all residents, with spectacular views of the city and the sea. Each apartment is approximately 80 m2 and features large covered verandas of approx. 15 m2 , thanks to our strategy to setback the facade inwards and create private outdoor spaces within the existing building perimeter. This solution is both i accord with the mediterranean lifestyle but also an efficient and economic way of creating such spaces.Pre-sales have already started and construction is soon to begin, with a delivery time ultimo 2026.
