DESIGN STRATEGIES
One more first prize, yet another successful collaboration with Urban Agency and RKW Arkitektur+ :) This time we will be developing a 28,000 m2 of housing at the periphery of Düsseldorf, along with FSWLA Landscape. We came up with a continuous "snake" which defines the perimeter of the site and protects an attractive inner world for the local community, while controlling its connectivity with the surroundings.
